Event Details
The following form allows you to suggest an event to be added to the Homecoming Week Calendar. After being submitted, your event must be approved by an administrator, so your submission will not immediately appear. Submission of your event does not guarantee space reservation at your location, so be sure to make those arrangements as well.
Most events submitted through this Homecoming website form will be included on the Homecoming Week website. Event listings can be added to the web calendar at any time, but submissions cannot be guaranteed to be included on the website. Only the signature events, the annual Homecoming Parade and Step, Stride, or Swim will be included in printed Homecoming materials. Please note that inclusion on the online calendar does not constitute an endorsement from The Ohio State University as an official University-sponsored event.
Please be as descriptive as possible in the "Event Details" section of the form, so that readers will know as much as possible about your event. We reserve the right to edit the descriptions for length.
Note: The website, e-mail, and phone number information you provide as part of your submission will be posted online along with your event description, so that students may contact you with questions about your event.
