HPV vaccines are given at this clinic by appointment only. Please be sure you are available at the time that is scheduled. Students will be seen in the order of scheduled appointments, not in the order they arrive. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in appointment cancelation, and you will need to re-schedule to receive the vaccine.
Appointments can be scheduled:
On the day of your appointment, swipe your BuckID at a self-check-in kiosk on the ground floor, then head to the first floor conference rooms for the vaccine.
Please bring your BuckID and insurance information to the appointment. The vaccine will be billed to your medical insurance, and most insurance plans will cover the cost of routine vaccines at 100%. Any remaining cost after insurance will be sent directly to the patient.
**Please be sure to dress appropriately so the medical provider has easy access to your upper arm, as there are no changing rooms at the clinic**
If you require an accommodation such as live captioning or interpretation to participate in this event, please contact Appointments Department at preventivemedicine@osu.edu or 614-292-4321. Requests made one week in advance of the event will generally allow us to provide seamless access, but the university will make every effort to meet requests made after this date.
