What does it mean to be a Buckeye:
Being a Buckeye has taught me to stay present. At a place this big, it's easy to get caught up and miss what is right in front of you. For me, it has meant pausing to listen and helping build communities where people feel like they belong. Through research, crisis counseling, harm reduction, and the organizations I've joined, Ohio State has shown me that showing up fully for the people around you right now is what matters most. Being a Buckeye means finding those people, growing alongside them, and knowing you are part of something bigger than yourself.
