What does it mean to be a Buckeye:
My parents immigrated to the United States for Ohio State in pursuit of higher education, where I was later born at the University Hospital. My brother graduated from OSU in 2025; my mom has worked for the university for 20+ years; and now I've gotten the chance to be a Buckeye as a student. Being a Buckeye, to me, means being part of a community that comes from so many diverse backgrounds and will always cheer and support you. Equally as important is the opportunity to embody and represent a wonderful set of shared values. I'm excited to continue my family's legacy here and to further spread the Buckeye spirit!
