What does it mean to be a Buckeye:
Being a Buckeye means finding purpose within a community bigger than yourself. When I first arrived at Ohio State, I was unsure where I belonged, but through community and connection, I found my footing. It is the shared traditions and quieter moments of showing up for one another that define this experience. To be a Buckeye is to take pride in where you are while helping others find their place as well. Ultimately, it is about carrying these values beyond this university and using them to shape communities, expand opportunity, and make a meaningful mark on the world.
